Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order or order request by contacting us as soon as possible.

Before Fulfillment

If an order has not entered fulfillment or shipment processing, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

After Fulfillment Begins

Once an order has been prepared for shipment or transferred to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. Eligible returns will then be handled under the Return & Refund Policy.

Order Changes

Requests to change products, quantities, shipping information, or other order details are subject to availability and fulfillment status.

Company Cancellation

We may cancel or decline an order if products are unavailable, information cannot be verified, pricing is clearly erroneous, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.
